Donga Mantung SDO lauds CAMTEL GM, for promoting Peace, Unity & Solidarity using sport

Real Madrid of Ako have emerged champions of the fourth edition, of the Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi Peace, Unity and Solidarity football tournament organised in Nkambe. 

The White House side from Ako, crushed Bocar Junior of Nwa, in a highly watched football final, that ended on a 2-0 score in favour of the Ako boys, on Sunday, August 25, at the Nkambe Municipal Stadium.

Real Madrid of Ako scored her first goal at the 15th minute of the first half, via a scintillating distant shot from Kalla. While the second goal surfaced at the 38th minute of the encounter through Kanna.

Bocar Junior of Nwa on her side, had a litany of goal opportunities, but failed to concretize these chances on several occasions.

The 10.000 fans who converged at the Nkambe Municipal Stadium, massively turned out amidst the heavy downpour to have a glimpse of the sensational and electrifying football finals.

However, Real Madrid of Ako's Kana was crowned best player. Meanwhile, Elvis of Early Bird International received the golden boat, with nine goals. The Best Glove was awarded to Real Madrid of Ako's shoot stopper.

It should be recalled that, the fourth edition of the CAMTEL GM, Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi Peace, Unity and Solidarity tournament, brought together 50 teams.

Presiding the football finals, the Senior Divisional Officer for Donga Mantung, Basiliken George Magloire Emmanuel, expressed gratitude to the organizer, Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi, General Manager of the Cameroon Telecommunications, who also doubles as an elite of the locality.

Articulating on the importance of peace, love and unity, the senior administrator said the efforts made to sustain and maintain peace as well as encourage living together was a salutary one.

He used the platform, to invite the living forces of Donga Mantung to follow the example of the resilient, assiduous and kindhearted General Manager of CAMTEL, Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi.
