Cameroon: The Right Honorable Speaker of the National Assembly, Cavaye Yeguie Djibril has granted an audience to Honorable Hilarion Etong

The Right Honorable Speaker of the National Assembly, Cavaye Yeguie Djibril has today, Tuesday 16 July 2024, granted an audience to Honorable Hilarion Etong, the Senior Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly who was recently elected the President of the Francophonie Parliamentary Association during the 49th General Assembly Meeting of the Association that held in Montréal, Canada from the 6th to the 9th of July 2024. The Speaker was accompanied during the audience by Hon. Bara Julien, Secretary of the Bureau of the National Assembly.

Still in the same audience, the Speaker was assisted by the Speaker's Chief of Staff, Elhaj Boukar Abdourahim and by the Secretary General of the National Assembly, Mr. Essian André Noël. Other Senior Administrative Officials of the National Assembly were also present during the one-hour audience. They were: the second Deputy Secretary General of the National Assembly; the Special Adviser of the Right Honorable Speaker; the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Speaker's Cabinet and the Controller General of the Questors Service.

It is important to make mention that Honorable Hilarion Etong arrived Cameroon yesterday, Monday, 15 July 2024 at 11:00pm through the Yaounde Nsimalen International Airport. He left the Airport at 12:30am after taking part in a colorful welcome ceremony.
